* Conditions are for roughing (1xD depth of cut in Slotting or 0.5xD in side milling). For finishing, cutting speed can be increased up to 20% and feed can be adjusted according to desired surface finish and accuracy requirements.
** When part clamping on the jig is unstable, or tool extension is long, reduce RPM to avoid vibrations.       
***When machining low Silicon content Aluminum, cutting speed can be doubled.       
****For SiC and below materials, use PCD end mills only.
